How to select the milling cutter

1, Recommend using single flute end mill (O flute milling cutter) to cut acrylic. Its character is          smokeless, tasteless, fast speed, high efficiency.

2, If you want the processing surface has frosted effect, it is recommended to use double flute end mill ( two flute milling cutter ) or three flute milling cutter.

3, Recommend using double flute end mill to cut density board. It has two chip removal slots which can be good chip removal and better tool balance.

4, Recommend using Single flute end mill for aluminum if you want to cut aluminum. You will find it is non-viscous when it works. It has high speed and high efficiency.

5, Recommend using double flute ball nose end mill for soft wood, density board, log, PVC, acrylic large deep anaglyph processing.

6, The processing requirements of surface no-burr cutting processing, recommend using single flute end mill or 2 flute compression bit.

7, Recommend using double flute straight bit for multilayer board.
